General requirements
WWhat do we look for? Overall, we seek people who can demonstrate exceptional performance and who stand out from their peers. More specifically, we are interested in you if your track record includes any of the following:
Proven commercial experience of having:
- Worked within a team-based corporate environment, either within or selling to the FTSE 100/Fortune 1000
- Developed customer focused strategies for major corporates
- Played a key role in an early stage start-up or corporate venture/initiative
- Applied innovation and creativity to develop new business ideas (either independently or within a corporate)
Industry or consulting experience in:
- Customer strategy or venturing
- Proposition development & innovation
- Venturing
- Brand development/marketing
An attitude that reflects your:
- Passion about delivering results
- Willingness to be hands on, regardless of your experience
Skills that make you a:
- Strong natural communicator, comfortable at all levels in an organisation, or an
- Intuitive commercial innovator, able to develop practical solutions to real problems
